Lorraine Phillips attended Jackson State University, where she acquired an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Computer Science, graduating both programs with distinction. She later went on to attend Bauder College, where she acquired an AA in Graphic Design and was elected to “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges” for outstanding merit and accomplishments.

Lorraine is a former computer quality assurance engineer and a self-taught web designer, responsible for the creation, maintenance, and support of SisterPower.com. As editorial director for SisterPower magazine, she controlled the creative aspects of the enterprise and was tasked with setting the vision, tone, feel, and design of the publication. It was her duty to inspire and lead the creative efforts of the team, including the writers, editors, photographers, and graphic artists, in order to create a magazine that was inspirational and entertaining.

Lorraine is currently CEO and founder of 360 Books, a publishing and consulting company that specializes in social media marketing, content strategy and development and branding and design.
